Great location to explore Kyoto. Pretty central and good value for money.

The property was perfect for our family of 5. It was modern and clean. We arrived early and when it was time to check in our bags were already in the room. The staff were friendly. There was a washing machine in the room which was a bonus. The accommodation was close to transport. Would highly recommend.

Great location, easy to get to everywhere with trains downstairs. It rained a few days while were we there but we had no problems because the trains were downstairs and we also travel through the underground walkways. Very convenient with tons of restaurants nearby and a supermarket downstairs that had everything. The room was very clean and the AC worked great. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to Osaka.

If you can afford to splurge, this place is a treasure. Service like I’ve never experienced, and beautiful rooms and a great location. The restaurants are fancy French, also extremely good, but we didn’t dine in. This place is world-class.😊

One of the bestest hotels I’ve stayed in worldwide. We had a room with a private onsen attached. It was exceptionally well appointed and clean hotel. The views from the rooftop on Sun or exceptional. The staff even pointed out a private entrance that we could use to avoid traveling through the lobby. The room also came with a set of pajamas, plush robes, and yukatas.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at worldwide everything is top of the line without being ostentatious. We will stay here again in our next trip to Japan

Great value for money and an excellent location. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my charger behind, but they kindly lent me one during my stay, and the coffee was surprisingly good too. Plus, there are convenience stores near the hotel and restaurants right nearby, so it was super convenient.

My room was great. Spacious and comfy bed. This hotel was in a great location. Wonderloop bus stop right out the door and the Dotonbori a few minutes walk away.

Staff very profesional , friendly and reapecful ..! Breakfast is so elegant set up and choices and taste so good
