We had an amazing experience at the resort! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We especially want to recognize Hector for going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was always helpful, made sure our reservations were taken care of, assisted us with transportation, and made everything so much easier and stress-free. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a difference in our experience. We are so grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend this resort. We had an amazing time at Ocean El Faro! It was such a lovely family getaway, and we came home with wonderful memories. We enjoyed trying the different restaurants, and the steaks at the steakhouse were definitely our favourite! A special thank you to our butler, Hector, for taking care of us throughout our stay. He was a huge help with booking our restaurant reservations and was always there whenever we needed assistance. We did encounter a few problems with our room, but we truly appreciated his willingness to help whenever we brought up a concern. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely come back! Thank you, Hector and the Ocean El Faro team, for making our family vacation a memorable one.

Always go there but this time people from other resort was in our resort,, they have paid less but was in our pool and lobby no place for ourselves!! Did not like this time

Deben realizar mantenimiento a los baños, cuando se descarga el inodoro el agua se desborda por todo el piso; el agua de la ducha tiene problema, o esta muy caliente o muy frío; la atención al cliente del restaurante italiano es malísimo malísimo al igual que su comida; como es posible que la pasta llegue dura y sin sabor, otro spot es el que esta cerca de la playa donde pides alitas al bbq horrible la atención al cliente. No es un resort que recomendaría..
