Lots of seaweed at the beach so we spent most of our time at the pool. It was great. Solid service. Nice water. Lots of sun, but also good shade options. Krystel, the Expedia Ambassador, was amazing and helped us with any needs that arose on our trip. We felt very well looked after

Everything here was great from the room, to the staff, to the food and everything else. Jesus was our butler and he was great and provided excellent service. Only wish if there was more options for breakfast and lunch options but besides that everything was great, would go again!

5 stars across the board! The resort is absolutely beautiful—from the pools all the way to the beach. The service and food were truly spectacular. Davino was hands down the best restaurant. The entire team worked seamlessly together, and we had the pleasure of being served by Sergio twice and Angel once—both were exceptional. Martin and the woman at the host stand also deserve recognition for their warm welcome and professionalism. Every dish we had was beyond delicious. We were treated like royalty the entire stay. William and Luis at the pool were amazing, always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. The beach server was equally fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always smiling. In the evenings, I’d stop by the bar inside the hotel for my bucket of ice and wine, and Edson and Carlos were the best. They somehow always knew what I needed before I even asked, and it was such a joy seeing their smiles every night. To sum it up: the best resort in Cancun, with incredible food and a team of people who genuinely love what they do. We’ll definitely be back!

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

Could not believe they supply a coffee machine but no coffee! Only hotel in multiple across Mexico 15 day trip to disappoint. When trying to get coffee for machine told by reception go to dinning room to buy. Dining room told me go to reception or shop! Shop only has instant coffee which is horrible!
