This hotel use to be 4* but now i will not give them more the than 3* very run-down need a major overhaul and renovation, had som issues with the staff and the condition of the room, finally the manger got involved and they send a fruit plate to make it good!
But the manger she tried to make the last moments better , still i wouldn't recommend this hotel
For the same price you can stay in a better place.

Nice hotel in a great location in Hong Kong.
The hotel is an easy walk from Hong Kong/Central station and there are many restaurants and cafes around (Fineprint was an amazing coffee shop with a spectacular breakfast - an easy walk from the hotel).
The rooms are clean and comfortable (the cleaners honestly did an amazing job every day) and there is a nice gym. Staff were welcoming and friendly.
I would happily stay here again.

Its a gem in the Causeway Bay. I love the hotel's interior design/decor. They have given me and my partner an XL king room which was immaculate with really useful and thoughtful appliances. Room was clean, really well designed and spacious. Staff was super helpful. All in all 10/10.

The location was great, very central and the room was tidy. There were also laundry facilities at cost which I appreciated. I was a bit disappointed though by the lack of “fitness centre” or gym, one of the reasons I booked this place, but there are gyms with a day pass nearby in walking distance (very expensive though).
