This hotel was a big disappointment. The room was not ready 30 minutes past che k in time. The bathrooms untie lobby were blocked off. Checkout in the room did nit work but there was only one employee available at the desk for a long li e of people waiting. They offered no compensation or apology of any kind d. The room was a good size, but that was the only positive.

Made this reservation for a colleague who missed a connecting flight. Had a hard time getting ahold of helpful hotel staff. Called two different numbers, couldn’t get answers. Booked stay with company card (in my possession) — but my colleague still had to put down personal card on-site for a deposit. I should’ve been able to do that remote with the company card. Very disappointing. Also, does not offer 24-hour airport shuttle. Will probably put clients and colleagues elsewhere in the future.
