Beautiful hotel and the location is incredible for dinning and exploring Soho, Chinatown and Little Italy. The staff in Front Desk is super kind. Would stay again in this hotel when visiting New York City next time

Last minute trip from san jose to la and this place was very nice, clean and very accommodating. I was playing the whiskey a go go and the hotel was conveniently placed near by so that made the trip even more less stressful.

We visited for my husband’s birthday. Prior to check-in I reached out to concierge service for birthday favors arrangement in the room.They sent me a list of options and made sure the room was ready by the time we arrived. The property is well maintained, excellent customer service. 2 dining options - RT 60 on floor 34 and Sessions on floor 2. RT 60 offers cool decks with partial view of Times Square, but misses the vibe. Went to Sessions for breakfast, there was no line and the host was not there for 10 minutes, so we left. Walking distance to TS, theater district, Rockefeller center, Radio City Hall. Peaceful and enjoyable escape from heavily populated TS area.

The hotel is due for updates. I paid girls view upgrade and didn’t get it. The rooms were old ! Furniture was in horrible condition

Beautiful hotel with great views of the city. Wonderful staff. Zou Zous restaurant in the hotel is really good. We stayed in the deluxe king and there was ample drawer space to unpack. There are 2 Starbucks steps from the hotel and many outdoor seating areas around the hotel. The 7 train is 1 short block away, and Hudson Yards is across the street. We loved it!

The room was well designed, very clean and comfortable. The view of the river from the 34th floor is quite spectacular, especially in the evening light. It is convenient for the subway.

Walkable area, staff very friendly and helpful, although breakfast seemed to be short staffed with slow service. This was inconveinant when plans were made for the day. Valet parking was great. I would recommend this hotel, rooms clean and not cramped.
