Mexico and Central America Waterpark Vacations

Great place to stay. Staff were very friendly. Pools were great, food was good. We found the buffet served the best food. Rooms could do with repainting and new mirrors, some cracked tiles. Our room smelled musty and all our clothes were damp, even medication I took with me was damp in the container. I know humidity was very high. We had two rooms and they only cleaned our kids room three times. However I really liked the resort and I would go back again. Great value for money.

You have to make a reservation to any of there good restaurants the smell from the beach was bad the rooms from the property were far the golf chart services always wanted a tip although it wasn't your fault everything was so far. It was hard to get a reservation for Bowling, and the food at the buffet was not that good over all the experience was not worth the price

Need MORE shopping !! MORE places for all inclusive snacks. ice cream shop should NOT close at 10 pm. When theater shows end after 9:30 pm.

Disappointed that half of the resort was under construction and we did not know.

One of the top notch family friendly resorts, extremely friendly, accommodating, and welcoming crew. A huge variety of food ,activities, shows and entertainment for the family. five minute drive to Coco bongo downtown and La isla luxury mall. Convenient location, and 30 minutes away from the airport.

i like the food was good different options r always welcome also workers they were kind and polite with us I didn't like the warm water in the pool , the environment is too quiet they need to play some music or make more activities to have fun unfortunately beach was dirty I know bad season

Fabulous family friendly hotel. This was indeed one of the best hotels we have been to. The hours of the hotel's restaurants was hard to keep up with. They should be open more hours. Specially the mexican one. It was always full or closed so we didnt get to try it. All of the food in the oyher places was good though.
