Unfortunately, why everything was pretty good including the location and the clean room, we had an issue with the air conditioner. We are on the top floor so it was warm. I brought it up the second day and they were going to take a look at it, but it did not make much of a difference. The Hitachi unit was not only allowed but very inefficient and basically took the entire night to cool the room. So it did work a little bit, but it was minimal and the noise was not not noticeable. Otherwise everything was good, I wish the TV did not have a a volume lock at 40, but that seems to be common at Japanese hotels. Hopefully with the air-conditioning issue being fixed, will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are modern, clean, and much larger than typical Tokyo accommodations. Having an in-room kitchen and washing machine made our stay so convenient. It’s located in a peaceful area but super easy to walk to Ginza or catch the metro. Friendly staff and hassle-free check-in. 10/10!

Overall, we had a good stay at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. The staff were kind and helpful, especially when I got lost nearby and needed assistance bringing my daughter back to the hotel.
The location was convenient and the hotel was beautiful, but we found a pacifier under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The pool hours were also inconvenient for guests sightseeing all day.
Overall, the helpful staff made a positive impression, but the cleanliness and pool hours could be improved

We stayed at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo for two nights at the end of our trip and had a very nice experience. The hotel is beautiful, extremely clean, and the service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is a little removed from the main shopping and busy areas of Tokyo, so there isn’t much to do or shop for right outside the hotel. However, the metro is conveniently located nearby, which makes it easy to get around the city.
Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing way to end our trip, and I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is really incredible - the staff is lovely, the rooms are big and comfortable and the grounds are just gorgeous and peaceful. I was devastated to only be there one night but it was awesome nonetheless
