Very new and well designed apt hotel with spacious room, kitchen, seperated toilet, shower and sink room, dinning table and in-room washer/dryer. It is very clean and quite. It is about 13 mins walking distance to Kyoto station. It is perfect for an extended stay in Kyoto.

The hotel is huge. Rooms are big too. Breakfast include both Japanese and western style, but same food every day. Two things I am not satisfied: the hotel will take charge for using its gym. I requested one hour late checkout at 1pm, they charge me for more than 4000yen..Ridiculous!

Overall pretty good, its high level, lots of staff, maybee too many. Sometimes feels like your being watched too often. Overall good, plenty of breakfast options, dont like seats been chosen for us, but its normal in Japan so no main issues. Some ammenities still require further fees and extra taxes once at the motel is not good.

We enjoy this hotel which is near the Tennoji station.
It is clean, located near shopping and dining, has in room massages that have been excellent. Their breakfast buffet is great. Their staff are wonderful.

Honestly I’m disappointed by this hotel. It was the highest star hotel and most expensive for our whole Japan trip and at the end - so we were looking forward to it. The room was nice, very clean, pretty good size for Japan standards. The shower head is terrible - it’s like a jet. The breakfast is outrageously priced if not paid in advance on Expedia first. It was 3800 yen per person - the most expensive breakfast buffet of our whole trip. We didn’t try it so I can’t comment on it since we bought our breakfast for our entire family for less than 2000 yen total at the Lawson right below the hotel everyday. Also, this was the only hotel that had time restrictions on the hotel lobby coffee machine and didn’t provide snacks throughout the day to guests. Good location, but overall disappointing for the star level and price.
