Cardamom Mountains Waterpark Vacations

Check in was 1 hour late, I ordered to signature cocktails which were hastily made. They were $25 each and no effort put into their presentation. I questioned whether or not there should be a garnish with the cocktail. I didn’t get an answer, but I did get a dried orange on a plate. I guess the garnish was missing. I sent the drink back and once it was ultimately resolved it’s not the service I expect from a hotel like this.

The hotel is in a convenient location and very walkable. The property looks like it has been renovated, and the decor choices look great. Lobby is nice. Staff were friendly. The property does have lingering issues of an older building: Bathroom was small, toilet was weak, the lights went out while my daughter was in the shower. Our room had a pull out bed but no bedding. We did not visit the on site restaurant.

Fabulous property in a central location - right across from The Grove and close to the Petersen Automotive Museum. Great service, very comfortable, quiet and well appointed rooms, good food and convenient valet parking! Perfect find and we’d go back!

It was great for our needs, 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view. The only real issue was barking dog down the hall

Room is small but efficient, stylish, clean and comfortable. Great location. $63 a day ($75 with tax & tip) felt excessive for parking, even for LA. A slightly higher room rate and a lower parking rate would probably help to keep customers from feeling gouged.

Conveniently located, clean facility. Staff needs to be a little friendlier. My first time staying here and probably my last.
