The hotel was not what I was expecting. The hotel is big. However, I was overly dissappointed with the hotel. The pool and pool area was not cleaned daily. Leaves, dead insects/bugs and moss build up could be found around the pool. Inside the pool was not cleaned daily and there was always sa d in the pool. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. They did offer a mattress top and that helped somewhat. The pillows were either to soft or very hard.
Breakfast wait was always an hour unless you opted for Japanese breakfast. Electricity was cut off for hours and the hotel offered sorbet in a sample cup

Great breakfast and dinner options as there are several restaurants.
There was ample laundry facility on each floor and the beach was kept clean and organised. There were many water activities too.
The animals were well taken care off.
