Bed amazing. Breakfast amazing. Staff sooo nice and amazing. Parking easy. Bathroom was the best in Europe. Highly recommend for travelers especially US travelers as services are similar to US.

Great location but a bit hard to find. We arrived somewhat late and the property was not well lit. Parking was fine once you locate it. Room was clean with great hot water. FYI there are several flights of stairs to go up. Would stay here again.

Property manager was very accommodating with our last minute booking. Very communicative and offered extra assistance. Everything comfortable. We did not need it but kitchen was fully equipped.
Great location. Slept well. Check in easy.

Big lovely room. But what made our trip so special was Mateo and Leon. It was if we had our own personal tour guides in Zagreb. They were wonderful!

I have stayed here a few times now and will keep coming back. The rooms are spotless! The staff keep everything very clean including the common areas. Don't hesitate to eat dinner in the dining room, the meals are fantastic and the portions are huge, my husband and son were very happy on the portion sizes.
Snezana is the lady at that greats you at the front desk. Lovely lady and very helpful with anything you need. Snezana was up early and greeted us with a morning coffee before we hopped on to our shuttle for the airport, she made us feel very welcome and we appreciated her hospitality.
