Enjoyed Our 2 Weeks Back Home. We Did Not Have Any Major Issues Other Than The Fridge However Not Big Of A Deal. Beds Are Hard Could Use Somewhat Of A Padding And Thicker Pillows. Overall Great Experience Friendly Staff Was Greeted Every Time Throughout The Whole Hotel. Si Yu’us Ma’åse

Beautiful property. Far in the village but it's a nice drive. Big rooms. Amazing customer service. Only problem with my stay was the restaurant Lagos. Management had one server working on a Saturday night. She did an awesome job trying to juggle all the customers.

The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. Keep up the great work, hospitality, and customer service. THANK YOU ALL !!❤️💯💯💯

First off I want to say that in June we booked for a night and we thought of the world of it all. But from some time June until now in July wooooahh big difference. Since we liked it so much we end up booking 4nights and it was the worst. I had way better stays at the Hilton and Hampton inn. I don’t know what happened with their beds. It is worst than ikea beds and ikea has Some cushion. I have the worst neck pain I even had to have a nap in the balcony chair, and was considering sleeping in my car. Almost $1000 for pain and discomfort. Note I did call the front desk and it was like they weren’t understanding. I asked for a mattress pad and got a sheet.
