Mexico Yoga Vacations

This is our second time at Valentin Imperial and we LOVED it again! The pools were incredible, food was delicious, grounds were kept clean. We are huge coffee drinkers. Recently they opened a coffee shop and it was fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe Jr. suite this time and it fit our needs perfectly. We’ll hopefully be returning in a few years.

The food was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. However, I wish there had been more nighttime entertainment, such as live shows. It would also be nice to have a DJ playing during the day at one of the pools. I understand the resort is designed to offer a peaceful atmosphere, but having the option of a pool with music would add to the experience. We also experienced issues with our toilet, which ultimately required us to switch rooms. Lastly, it was disappointing that you had to pay extra for butler service to get dinner reservations without long waits. Otherwise, you could end up waiting up to an hour for a table. Overall, the resort has a lot of positives, but a few improvements could make the experience even better. Ps eat the habanero soup at MB!

Stayed for 5 nights from 12-17 October 2026. Check-in was fast and efficient. We booked a preferred ocean view room which had separate check-in area. The first room missed the mark. A view of trees and ongoing construction work that we weren’t aware of. Several phone calls and a visit to front desk, we were allocated a room in Block 25 with an ocean view and the pool. Rooms are super spacious, lovely furnishings and balcony. Daily room cleaning, mini bar restock and concierge. As preferred customers you have a lounge with bar and snacks, an outdoor restaurant along the beach and a preferred beach area. To be honest, we didn’t utilise all of the extra perks that came with preferred because the general pool, beach and bar service were excellent. The staff were so friendly and happy to greet you, the food - we ate at the French restaurant which was amazing and the steak restaurant next to the seafood. We also tried the hydro pool and had a couples massage. The Spa is fantastic. This is our second time visiting and even with the renovations taking place it didn’t impact our stay too much however I would have liked notification of this before we arrived.
