Was such an enjoyable stay! Absolutely loved the entire staff and they were beyond accommodating to our needs! Personally wanted to thank Miguel and Israel for being amazing front desk and making us feel so welcomed and inviting’

This place is gorgeous. We hung out at the pool and watched the lizards and birds. Its set in the jungle so the animals are everywhere and it’s so peaceful. The staff were so professional and polite. The food and drinks were 5*. There is a lot of construction happening so if that’s something that will bother you, plan accordingly. The only thing I wasn’t prepared for was the extra tipping. I thought it was all included in the all inclusive package but they are asking for more tips. It’s worth it and we are happy to do this, I just wished I had known so I would have brought more cash to avoid fees from the bank machine. My understanding is that it is included, but you’re tipping more based on exemplary service and you feel like a jerk if you don’t tip, at least we felt that way. 10/10, this place is a gem.

Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors.

Wonderful resort with great hospitality. Room service was prompt and professional. Our dining experiences at many of the restaurants were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. My only critique is there I noticed considerable trash on the beach. Nothing large and noticeable but if you pay attention there was a lot of small pieces of trash debris throughout the sand. Small pieces of plastic, bottle caps, etc. I did not choose this resort for the beach as it is a little rocky in general. Everything else about this resort is 5 stars! I would highly recommend hotel Mousai to anyone!
