Our 4 bedroom villa was everything and more. Fully stocked kitchen with full bbq tools. Super clean. The chair in the living room had vacuum lines. Which I love to see. Staff was beyond helpful. Everyone always said hello and smiled. We booked food, goceries and uber right to our front door. Would stay again for sure.

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

THE GOOD: The place is great, beautiful, and very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. THE BAD: The check-in process is HORRIBLE because of the to may steps of registering with them. You have to go through a process that is like an exhaustive background investigation done by the FBI. Be prepared to provide a lot of PERSONAL INFORMATION. Additionally, too many steps to finally been able to check in.

The place was huge so it was very easy to get lost. Elevators were hard to find and very slow. Room was clean and spacious, bed was super comfy. The water park didn't have a lot of seating as they reserve what feels like half the chairs. There isnt any grassy areas to set your things either so that was uncomfortable trying to find a place to out your stuff that wouldn't get moved or anything. They did seem to have heated pools in the lazy river and the walk in pool which was nice. Food at all the restaurants are pretty similar if not the same. They did have peddle boats and kayaks for rent which was awesome as we were able to take our 1.5 yr old out and he thought it was so cool. We were told our room would have pool towels but didnt find any (wasnt a big deal since we had extra bath towels we used) guest services was willing to bring some up but we declined since the trip was sort. Check in was super easy as was check out. It was also super cool that if you dined in with an adult meal kid ate free! So momma didn't have to share which was super awesome. Would definitely return
