Location details were not accurate. It was so far from train stations. No place to eat. No grocery stores around. The room is spacious and the staff are all friendly.

We absolutely LOVED our time here. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone searching for a nice, quiet, relaxing hotel in the heart of Akihabara. It is very walkable and easy to find. Close (enough) to a train station. Of course during the day and weekend, the area is booming but it makes it all the better staying at Nohga Hotel because it’s right there. We really enjoyed the layout of the room and the comfortable bed. It was a bit hot at times because the blankets are really thick and the mattress didn’t allow for any ventilation, but nothing too bad. We didn’t explore the gym because walking in Akihabara alone was well over 10,000 steps alone. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - honestly some of the most kindest, hospitality-oriented people I’ve ever met. We truly enjoyed everything about Nohga Hotel.

The front desk receptionist were not very welcoming. She literally rolled her eyes at me behind her mask. Sheets had blood stain. Didn’t provide enough towels for our four nights stay. Communication is an issue the front desk receptionist. He did confirm that I would be able to call a taxi upon on my departure. It ended up being a hassle.

The room was spacious and we did every other day service and it was nice and clean. They replenished all the amenities. They were really helpful when needing something

Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also know if you haven’t been to the area before it is like their Vegas, lots of bars and girl bars etc. surprisingly the room was quiet. Overall just small for the price and a buzzkill I couldn’t take advantage of the bar, but staff was nice and it was clean etc

The staff were incredibly kind, even though I booked my room very last minute. They upgraded my room to a bigger one to accommodate us, and it was really appreciated. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a short or longer stay close to Tokyo Haneda airport.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent with nice toiletries topped up every day. Breakfast had a great variety, and the location was fantastic—right next to the metro in a quiet, modern area with shopping, fountains, bridges, and plenty to explore on foot. The only minor downside was that there weren't many grocery stores nearby, with the closest 7-Eleven about a 5-minute walk away. We'd definitely stay here again!
