I am disappointed by the staffs service they are not attentive to our need etc room is hot and when we ask them to make the room cold it was not met and when we ask them to assistbus to get transport to airport it was not met

This hotel is amazing. The location is not too far from the city, it's located in a beautiful, scenic mountain area. We had enjoyed the service a lot too. The manager was extremely helpful and paid great attention to all details. Last but not least, the beddings were extremely comfortable too.

The staff was friendly and polite; however, the room was not the cleanest nor the most comfortable. The carpet was pretty stained up and the bathroom only had 1/4 a roll of toliet paper.
