Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately I had a 3pm check in and wasn’t allowed to get into my room until almost 6pm. Kinda unfortunate when I paid $1000 for a night and couldn’t even enjoy the full time I had paid for. Would definitely stay again as it’s a staple in Dubai but I wish they would have my room ready when they said it was ready

I have stayed here a few tines bow abd it never disappoints. Staff so friendly and helpful.
There is some building works going on at the moment so there is dome bousr around the pool area. It didnt bothef us. Thank you to all staff in club lounge.

Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. We arrived very early and they managed to get us to our room before 9am which after a long haul flight was great. We only ate once on site at the breakfast buffet. This was ok. Only issue we had was not huge selection and many small children running around and not many staff or parent supervision to access to food etc around handling. Not sure it was worth the cost. Overall great location close to mall and all the best beach bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai
