Location - accessible near Nishiki Market and Gion Room size - spacious for 3 people Ambiance - has bar next to the lobby Check-in - easy check in and very convenient access to room Definitely recommended

Breakfast was average. Had good western options, however there was no fresh fruit for instance, no cheese, a few types of bread. Coffee is very limited, black coffee and if wanting a latte, a capuccino, hot chocolate from the machine, it's not available. Just creamers available. The two restaurants where breakfast eas served were very cramped, not easy to find a table. Didn't use the laundry services. Staff at reception very cooperative; few understood english. Cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent. Very near to the train station (under 2 mi utes), and about 4 minutes from the Universal studios.

An excellent stay. 10 minutes from railway station, nice staff and a quiet place. Hotel is new.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Osaka.

This is an elegant and refined property with high-end shopping in the lobby and exquisite service. Castle view rooms are magnificent, although the property itself sits against a business park, and you will need to take a convenience subway to get to shopping districts and sites other than Osaka Castle. Note the castle is literally 100 foot walk from the hotel and is not to be missed.
