Lovely hotel, second time staying. Breakfast is good but have to pay if you want Both a hot and cold drink, location is perfect. However, was charged twice on final bill. Still waiting for refund 4 days later.

We stayed here last year and absolutely loved it and the service was excellent. I have to say it wasn’t quite the same this time. Breakfast was quite chaotic. The buffet was not being replenished and there were people waiting over 5 minutes by the coffee to get the filter jug refilled. We had the cooked breakfast and when we came last year toast was served with it. We waited a while and no toast came. I tried to get the attention of a waiter but in fairness they were all busy. As we were near the serving hatch when a waiter came I went up to ask. I waited a while longer and still no toast so had to go up again but by that time the rest of the breakfast had gone cold. I noticed lots of people going up to the waiters asking for things so I assumed they were also waiting for something. I noticed before we came last year there were lots of negative reviews about breakfast but we had very good service but not what you would expect this time. We also missed Mohammed on reception. Not sure if he still works there but he was a great asset to the hotel and was extremely welcoming.

A trendy hotel and wonderfully convenient to West End activities. Theatres and Covent Garden are just a block or two away. I cannot say enough about the friendly and helpful staff, who were more than helpful when i had an emergency with broken wheelchair.

Our room was great, the hotel is beautiful, and in a great location. However, we had an issue with the bathroom. It stank! We had to keep the door closed so it wouldn't stink up the entire room. I contacted customer service at the text number they sent, and they gave me an email address to send my concern to. I never got a response, and no one ever fixed the issue. A housekeeper was in the room each day, and obviously, they did not alert maintenance either. We had dinner the first night at teh restaurant and had terrible service. The server forgot our appetizers, two bowls of soup. Then, when dinner arrived, and I mentioned she forgot the soup, she returned with one and no spoon.

Super nice staff i also got an early check in which was great after an overnight flight

I was disappointed being a returning customer for the last 5 years, where I complaint about the noise at 530 am in the morning. And nothing was done about it. Nor did the morning manager call me to discuss about it. Not until I made a lot of noise, did the PM manager attend to it.

Wonderful hotel. Stafff and facilities were excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel was located beside Victoria station and underground so commuting around the city was easy. The room was very clean and quiet with a fabulous view across the city. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay at the Riu again.
