the staffs at this hotel are top notch. So helpful and gracious. The traditional japanese breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Thank you for the memorable stay.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, however, we need to walk at least 20 minutes to the Nagoya station.

Food was awesome and great variety! Kids enjoyed the treasure surprise and the character rooms. Staff were very helpful and had cute amenities. Would definitely return for another trip!

What I didn't like. A receptionist woman was not friendly. Staffs at Buffet looked tired and they didn't smile. There was nearly no table service. I used a humidifier in a room. Then, my room started to smell terrible. What I liked about Bath facilities was excellent. They added a stone sauna. The basket to carry was useful. The yukata set was convenient. Pick up service from ferry port was super helpful. The variety of buffet was impressive, but somehow, things tasted better 2 years ago. .

I have stayed in many very good hotels but this was possibly the best Hotel that I have stayed in, although the outside of the building is rather bland compared to say the Mandarin Oriental, or the Old Cataract in Aswan, the inside is perfect along with wonderful staff and service, plus for a Japanese hotel the rooms are very big, highly recommended.

Everything was great except the bed was not comfotable - stiff and lumpy.

Nice atmosphere that Resol Hotel Nagoya brought to us! Excellent front desk that help us for the delivery of our luggage to another hotel. Room is nice and can fit for 2 luggages, only that its too warm, and cant adjust the temperature.

The pillow and the room smelled like a dog was there. I could find other people's hair. They use a very cheap-smelling aroma spray that gave me a headache. I had to contain my breath while being on the elevator and in the main reception hall because the smell was too bad. Those kinds of cheap aroma sprays are quite toxic.
