Everything was great! Nice room, nice location, the only issue was there was no availability to the guest laundry. Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location and a clean room with a good view. Just keep in mind that the elevators can get crowded in the morning, so planning accordingly would be helpful.

The room was clean but there was a strong smell of mildew coming from the ac unit especially in the master. It says it sleeps 6 but there are only 2 full beds and they give you a mat to sleep in the floor for one person. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of a building so not easy to find. The gym and the pool pictures shown in the Expedia pictures are not included in the hotel. You have to pay extra per person each day you use. It is across the street from the beach a couple of blocks not on the beach. All in all not bad but not what we were expecting. Upon check in they gave us a code for the room it was not working so they finally gave us a key. Not bad but not what we were expecting.

We have been to hundreds of 5 star hotels the past 20 years and this hotel Grand Josun Busan has the very best customer service period. If you have a family of 4 you need to book 2 standard rooms with ocean view. The price is very affordable . You will not regret it!!!!

The hotel was well presented, and in a great location, the train station is very close by, as were lots of great shops and restaurants, the outdoor pool area was a highlight, though it was unusual not to have pool access included in the room rate, fairly good value, though be careful of all the add-ons, not much included in the basic room rate

Wonderful stay! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The brunch was huge and there were many options. Great stay!
