Got upgraded to a suite. Staff were friendly and room was nice. There were a couple water bottles left in the fridge. Used the shower and the handle and overhead did not seem cleaned throughly and neither do the bathtub. I got red bumps on my legs after the bathtub

Great spot next to Mandalay Bay. Convenient to everything on the property.

Overall the hotel was really nice/clean and very close to countless bars, restaurants, and shops however I only gave it a 4/5 because of the cheap/coarse toilet paper in the rooms and the $50 resort fee they charge you daily which is absolutely absurd considering how expensive everything else is in the hotel.

Our experience with the hotel and staff was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. We enjoyed breathtaking views from our suite, my son was particularly captivated by the view of the Sphere!

The property is beautiful and has many dining options and activities. The North tower suites are much closer to all the restaurants and the sphere. I wish I had known and stayed there instead. The South tower was further down and required two elevators to get to the room which was a little inconvenient.

It was a great stay and convenient to access the Sphere.

Staff members at the hotel checkin were extremely rude
