The area is quiet which we wanted! The property was smaller than we anticipated, but it was really clean. Lawson and 7 eleven are walking distance which we mostly had our breakfast and snacks. They also had restaurants around that area and Ameyoko Market is right across the street. Hosts can speak English and very helpful. My dad was missing his new shoes that he just bought and it was found, so we were really happy about that. They also help us get taxis when we went home. Over all, it was a pleasant stay.

Location was perfect, walking distance to various train stations

I usually go japan twice a year. I always stay in this Hotel. Room is clean Staffs are nice Location is good

Very large complex, beautiful lobby and garden, clean and comfy. Large rooms, nice and quiet. Good choice of restaurants too. Shame the pool is not included. Good location to base yourself and visit the City.

Unfortunately staff doesn't speak English well

The staff was great! The amount of money I paid for the executive suite wasn't worth it. I paid over $3,000 and the room wasn't worth it.

New property (opened in March 2026). Good location and staffs are friendly. In-room laundry is the best.

Check in and out was very easy. Great amenities including basic toiletries, water dispenser on the floor, great kettle, coffee and tea. Room was clean and good toilet and bathroom. Excellent overall. Great location as well of course!

Employees are very professional and helpful. Room are very clean but they do not have any usb connections so don’t forget to bring your own.

Best hotel to stay in when you want easy access to Minato Mirai, Yamashita Park, Chinatown and Motomachi. Best places to experience the true Yokohama.
