For context, I stayed here in the middle of a month-long trip in Japan, and before this have mostly been in budget hotels.
The location was, in my opinion, one of the best parts of the hotel. It is within a 10 minute walk to both a JR Rail station and a local line, and is a short walk to both Harborland and the Kobe Port Tower. All guest rooms are relatively high up -- 6th or 7th floor -- and some, like the room I was in, have a view of Kobe Port Tower. One night it was pouring rain, but I still had a nice time with the view.
The staff were all incredibly professional, not much more to say other than they were great.
The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint would be that the highest hook for the shower head was broken. I probably could have told the front desk and got it fixed, but I liked the room enough to not bother them.
Overall, a great hotel in a great location.

"It is a very good, nice and helpful hotel and some staffs talk very good English. Their rooms are clean and no smell. Hot springs are good, have a good garden, surrounding by green grass environment. I have a very good experience on hiking here."
