Everything was perfect

We love going to Mia Reef but every evening there needs to be more of a variety of music played by DJ and not just Hispanic. We would have liked to have had a variety of american dance music to enjoy. Old and new

Wow what an amazing vacation at Live Aqua! It surpassed my expectations. (Ricardo, Alan, Stephany) They must be the most hard-working, efficient, friendliest staff of anywhere I have stayed. The place is beautiful, very well kept, very clean. The food was very good. Our favorite meal was at Azur the mediterranean restaurant. Although many said MB was the best, our party of 4 disagreed. Food was bland and menu choices not great. The Mexican party they threw for us on Thursday was unreal! The food, the beautiful dancers, singers, really brought the Mexican culture there and it was one of our favorite nights. Breakfast at Siete was amazing with choices to make anyone happy. The gentleman at the smoothie station was so fun to talk to! He talked to everyone in line and was so delightful! We also ordered the room service and the food was freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The pool and the beach were spectacular. Enough chairs and beds. The pool was very clean and the staff is on point keeping it that way. The service with drinks at the pool and beach were amazingly attentive. They work SO hard. The bartenders at the bar with the swings were so much fun! We had a great time there laughing and socializing with them. The only complaint is that there never seemed to be enough towels and I'd have to find the towel guy. The only place for improvement was the Aqua Club check in and out took so long! The other couple we traveled with were in and out faster!

The staff were all very welcoming. The food was good to great! Loved that they had a Thanksgiving dinner for us.

The hotel is way to new and not all amenities are fully active like spa, night club, restaurant, day shows.staff is extremely polite and professional made me and my wife feel like royalty.whish Expedia could’ve advise not too book here due to this matter.

I would give a 5 stars for the hotel and restaurants and 0 star to the spa. The room is great and the food and cocktail great. But if you come for the spa dont chose this hotel. Not only it is extremely expensive, if you have Expedia 250$ credit only 125$ will apply and they will charge 52$ for using the credit . You end up paying 700$ a couple massage in a freezing room with cold hands and cold oil. Not relaxing at all. I asked 4 times if they could lower or close the ac and they agreed but did nothing but add the pile of blanket on me . At the end i complain about not only the quality but nothing was done when i said i was not feeling good in the cold. Not even a gesture, just an offer to redo it for « free » no thank you.
