Pool was good. Limted places to eat, food was not as good. Asked for help at the front desk and was turned away by paulina stating that she had too much work to do, and to come back at a different time. Hot tub in our room was not clean, pieces of chipped paint was in the tub. Noisy from construction throughout the day, work to drilling and banging. This is not a restort I'll go back to.

Very Clean nice resort, the dining was the best we've experienced at an All Inclusive!

We loved the customer service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the breakfast. However, there are several issues that the hotel needs to address. The food at the buffet was not the best. I understand that we probably visited during the beginning of the slow season, and the kitchen staff was new. I believe they should receive proper training before handling guest orders. Another issue was with the front desk; they never had change available to give back, either in dollars or Mexican pesos, which was inconvenient. We have stayed at Solaris two times now, and honestly, this time was not the best. I would like to give five stars to the housekeeping team members and the servers in the restaurants for their excellent service.also 5 stars to Hermelina the lady that works by the pool making pizzas.. they were amazing.

I loved everything, especially the staff, they were great, very friendly. I remember some names like Luis, Dalila, Adriano, Hector, Noberto, Francisco, Rodrigo, Lizette, and the others. I really recommend them. They're wonderful, congratulations. Thank you so much for everything.

Clean and did the trick. One issue with plumbing that I believe they were trying to resolve. Not bad though. Very spacious rooms.
