A very nice place to stay for easy access to Waikiki beach and shopping on the strip.

Pros: - Great Location - Great staff and amazing hospitality - Comfortable room and bedding w/ a good amount of space Cons: - Continuous renovation and thin walls made for rough sleep especially in the mornings. - Again, thin walls and heard a family next door fighting almost everyday - Housekeeping cleaned our room but left a lot of sand from our beach clothes still on the floor in the bathroom - Balcony view was blocked by construction of a new Hilton hotel across the street, I wish I was made aware of that before I was put up in that room Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but it also wasn’t the best by any means. The renovations are nice but still a good amount flawed for the price you’re paying. The hospitality can try to make up for it but the cons still outweigh the pros.

The staff at this resort is exceptional- kind, helpful, unobtrusive and thoughtful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We saw sea turtles, monk seal, and a variety of species of fish while snorkeling.

My stay at ‘Alohilani was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making my family and me feel genuinely welcome. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which we really appreciated. The pool is beautiful and my kids had a good time in it. There was one small issue during our stay—one evening, after giving our used towels to the housekeeper (who had run out of replacements), we requested fresh towels through guest services. They assured us someone would bring them up, but unfortunately, no one ever did. We ended up going to the 5th floor to grab pool towels for the night. The following day, we went back to guest services and finally received the towels we needed. Aside from that, everything else was great. The property is beautiful, in a perfect location, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Property location is very good, close to Waikīkī beach, walking distance to shops and food. Property amenities are also good. Only thing I felt was that property feels a little dated specially rooms and bathrooms. They can be little upgraded for the price of rooms. Parking is expensive but atleast available all the time

Pretty nice place, beautiful location. We had the ocean front bungalow probably the only minus was the air conditioning being the split system and hitting directly towards the second queen bed which made it uncomfortable but other than that all great.
