"Loved this hotel cause I can just walk to Disneyland "

"Our overall experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room we were assigned was extremely dark, with barely any window or natural light, which made the stay uncomfortable. We requested a room change, but the staff told us they were fully booked, even though it was mid-week, and they did not attempt to check for any possible alternatives. Additionally, housekeeping service was lacking. Towels we left on the floor were not replaced, and when we asked about it, we were told that room service is not provided every day. This was not clearly communicated at check-in and added to the inconvenience. The hotel is also quite far from Disney, which made transportation less convenient than expected. Overall, the experience was poor due to the dark room, unhelpful staff, and limited housekeeping service."

"We really liked this place. Extremely clean, parking was perfect, staff was super sweet, very accommodating. We really wished we would have had time to jump in the pool, maybe next time. Mom and kids truly enjoyed the breakfast. "

"This hotel is so close to Disney! We did a 2 night stay and walked to the park both days. We were close enough that my husband could take the toddlers back to the hotel for a nap during the day. We didn’t go in it but the pool looked amazing! They have a little kids corner in the lobby playing movies and little toys. Breakfast was so good! The spread was different for the 2 days we were there but definitely a lot of choices. They have a cute outdoor seating area for the breakfast but we went pretty early so we sat inside. They didn’t have ice in the breakfast area though, I had to go down a floor to get some. We had a bunk bed suite and our kids loved it! Very clean and comfortable beds. Ac worked great for us. We would absolutely book again if we were going to Disney!"

"The beds were comfortable. Staff was nice. Rooms just old and dirty. They had a spacious room. Good safe walk to Disney. A little sketchy at night. Elevators look like you are in a sketchy place. It was fine for what we needed. I think better than some. It wasn’t noisy, just what it is for what you pay for. Would I prefer the Disney hotel? Yes. I preferred this check in vs the check in at GWL and Howard Johnson. This room cost 1/2 of that. If you are going 2/3 days you can’t beat the location and price. "
