I had a brilliant stay at the Clermont and can't wait to return.
I was travelling on my own for work and from here first conversation on arrival I knew I'd made the right choice. Lily was so helpful when checking me in,, my room was ready early and she helped out with some items I'd forgotten to bring with me. Breakfast was delicious and I had the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time. Such a central location but very quiet rooms and the comfiest bed.

Staff was very helpful with an early check in and organizing a taxi to the airport. I didn’t love the room lay out—the separate toilet and shower was a bit odd and had no ventilation.

We had a nice stay at The Franklin. Our only real complaint was that the room, a Garden Suite, looked nothing like what is advertised either on Expedia or the hotel's website. The room was nice, it just didn't look anything like what were expecting. The overall service at the hotel was excellent.
