Everything to far to walk no umbrellas or shade by pool not allowed to take food out of restaurant too many animals

I loved the beach at the property. The staff was very welcoming

Fabulous resort, we were kindly upgraded to a casita and it was stunning - maid service twice a day, in the evening our ice bucket would be filled . Our rooms were clean and spacious with quality fittings and beautiful balconies where we could sit and listen to the sounds of the jungle. The staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. Valet parking easy and efficient, and they would give us water and towels if going out for the day. On return, they would say “ welcome home “! Food delicious, especially the breakfast buffet ( Christina’s omelettes are second to none !) which was extensive and set us up for the day. The beach was gorgeous , pools clean and the areas well maintained and so pretty. We didn’t want to leave.

The stay in the resort for me and my family was amazing we enjoy it every second there, the show nights the activity in the day and the foods are amazing all of the restaurant and buffet, the drinks are so good too, thanks ocean coral we really wanna go back so soon, we love Cancun♥️

Great resort in the middle of Playa del Carmen. Walking distance to everywhere. Amazing service, staff goes above and beyond.
