LOVED this hotel..room are SMALL but if only For a night or 2…they will work..but it’s the amenities and vide of this place that makes it all worth it! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! Great Stay!!

Great location, Brickell adjacent, friendly service, big clean rooms, loved the balcony’s and the pool area is beautiful. Only negative would be its valet only, not news in Miami but totally unnecessary just another 100-200 depending on length of stay.

I had an amazing stay at 72 Park. The place was super clean, modern, and very accessible. The 100 bus stop was just a short walk away, Uber rides were reasonably priced, and there was a supermarket nearby, which made things really convenient. The pool and amenities were definitely a highlight; everything was beautiful and well-maintained. The only downside was that I requested extra blankets and towels from the front desk/host several times starting on the first day, but they weren’t provided until the day before we departed. Aside from that, everything else was great, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Second stay and this time wasn’t as satisfying customer service wasn’t quick although everyone was super friendly

Beautiful hotel right in heart of brickell action. Rooms are fantastic with balconies and restaurants are fantastic. A go to spot in downtown Miami to stay.
