Big enough room for 3 adults, close to Hyde park and 30 min train ride to center of London

Staff were very lovely and great rooms. Very clean and roomy and great rooftop.

The BoTree was one of the highlights of our trip to London. The rooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the location made it incredibly easy to explore the city, with countless bars, restaurants, museums and shopping all within walking distance. What stood out most was the level of service. After a small issue, the Head of Guest Relations reached out and turned the experience around, which was a thoughtful gesture and speaks volumes about how much they care about their guests. The only minor inconvenience was having our room keys reset a couple times but it didn't take away from an otherwise fantastic stay. We'd gladly return.

Helpful staff. Starbucks on site is convenient.

Definitely did not feel up to par with the price. Tiny room, great location though. Was really annoyed that there’s no sign outside point out it is a hotel. They also tried to charge me an extra breakfast I did not have. Check your receipt upon checking out!
