Stayed here for my birthday with my family.. loved the place and how the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Shout out to Arthur, Kim, Lauren and Kirti at front desk, you are rock stars! โ
โBooked in advance so good value. Plenty of free parking; registration plate is required with check-in. The man on reception was efficient and friendly. Hallway to room was clean and smelt fresh. Room had desk, two chairs, storage/hanging space, TV, was clean, neat and tidy with comfortable beds. A kettle with coffee tea facilities were provided. Shower was all good but the loose toilet roll holder was annoying. Itโs in services so some food/drink facilities available. Less than 10 minute drive...
โBooked for an overnight stay in Ipswich for early morning appointment. The hotel was central close to local bus terminus and close to a wide range of restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful the rooms clean, quiet, and with good facilities. A little small but fantastic value for money and ideal for an overnight stayโ
โBeautiful and calm hotel... Basically, the hotel is well managed so is clean.
But, as like usual hotel in UK, the size of room is very small even with double size bed. โ
โThe setting is beautiful, room was spacious and comfortable. View from the balcony was lovely and staff were very friendly. Even a little welcome bag for the pooch.

โThe stay was wonderful everybody was so nice and friendly especially Martin, Karen and Rosie made our stay so nice. Wonderful staff but Martin Stone was our favourite. The only problem was the mattress was very soft and you could feel the springs.โ
โWonderful hotel and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and it wasnโt the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience.
