Central Tokyo Kid friendly Vacations

What a spectacular and magical way to end my three week stay in Japan. This is an incredible hotel to luxuriate and enjoy the quiet setting and beautiful garden. Absolutely heavenly dinner and breakfast at Miyuki restaurant. The Tokyo moon/Sea of clouds exhibit and the garden itself is reason for staying. Large capacious rooms and comfortable beds. Only thing I was sad about is that I wasn't sure how to communicate to accept the turndown service and the newspaper. But beautiful property. Not central location for sightseeing but excellent for unwinding and restful enjoyment.

Great hotel! Chose this hotel as is was a bit more cost effective than hotels in the big areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Turned out to be a great choice. Polite staff, rooms in great condition, nice extras. Would stay there again.

Great to come again to this amazing hotel. Great location, quiet and yet close to what I needed. Transportation accessible. Favorite by all means

Great location for the end of my trip. I already stayed in Shinjuku so this was a nice change. The hotel was easy to navigate and the views were great. The room was also huge!

It was okay

Our stay at the ANA Intercontinental Hotel was excellent. The room was large by Tokyo standards, very comfortable, and had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. With the exception of one server in the on-site Chinese restaurant, the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly (especially in the on-site sushi restaurant). The breakfast was amazing -- a great assortment of fresh fruit, pastries and breads, sushi, dumplings, omelets, and other hot and cold food items; it was one of the best that we have had anywhere in the world. The one downside to the hotel is its location. This is primarily a business hotel, and the number of nearby restaurants and shops is small; we ended up walking at least 15 minutes or taking the metro to dinner most nights. The hotel is adjacent to an entrance of a metro station, but it is a long walk from the entrance to the trains and involves several flights of stairs -- it would be impossible with a lot of luggage. Overall, however, it is a very quiet and comfortable place to stay for several days, and has an outstanding breakfast.

The New Otani was lovely. The staff was great and very attentive. The rooms were very spacious.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and professional. The laundry machine inside the room is an excellent addition to stay for 4 nights.
