"We really enjoyed our stay here in Tokyo. The instructions were very clear, and having everything labeled especially for trash made things so much easier compared to other places we’ve stayed. It really helped us stay organized and made the whole experience more convenient. "Room was clean. However we suffered from allergies due to large amounts of dust. The curtains are also very mouldy which was a concern. The bed is also quite springy. Good utilities but unable to dry laundry. Otherwise a positive experience."

"This is a very small (even for Tokyo standards) unit, and you have no elevators in the building. That said, you can walk to Shinjuku and the place was very clean, with its own washer/drier and great beds. Sure, it's small, but the location makes it a great choice. I'd definitely recommend the place and would have given it a 5 star rating if it had a smart Japanese toilet ;) !"
