“I have visited to Tokyo 2 to 4 times a year, and stayed at various hotels in Tokyo during the last 10 years. Among many hotels, this hotel is the best. This hotel has many good things originated from both modern style hotel and traditional ryokan. ”

“nice architecture”

“2days ago, we experienced a serious safety hazard involving my 83-year-old mother. After dinner around 8:40 PM, my mother returned to our room to bathe while I briefly went out. Upon my return around 10:00 PM, I found her trapped inside the bathtub.

“Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.”
