AC works exceptionally well which was nice at the end of a hot and humid day. A bit off the beaten track but easy to get everywhere with different subway stations within a 10 minutes walk. "Location is excellent with 7-11 and one subway within 5 mins walk. Only one stop away from the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden that is a famous spot for sightseeing Cherry Blossoms. We stayed on the 3rd floor so super quiet. I’ve got quick response for all my queries. Highly recommend it for families travelling to Tokyo."
