"The hotel is excellently located in Shinjuku. If you are new to Tokyo it is a good place to start and Shinjuku station gives easy access to the rest of the city. The breakfast was very good and unique offering everything from French chocolate croissants to Japanese curry. Also comes with a main menu item that was very good. More luxury than I at first thought and I found the room to be very comfortable. The height of the hotel also gives a fantastic view of Tokyo."

"Our first hotel and visit to Japan, the Illi property was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. We used the washer/dryer daily (which was HUGE for a family with small kids), and loved the kitchen amenities. The space was large and allowed our family to unwind after a long day of walking and exploring. Highly Recommend."

It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. "I had an amazing time at this hotel, beyond all the amenities. The environment was great. Had no problems. Staff spoke English well and was kind. Wifi worked great. The free meal options were money savers. It was a pleasure staying here solo. Would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Japan solo! I did get the bigger capsule they doesn't have a tv. But it was roomie. And comfortable. Can't say enough good things about this capsule hotel! Arigatou! "
