This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. "The staff provided exceptionally kind and attentive service, and all of my requests were handled with precision. The room was spotlessly clean, and the surroundings—close to the park and the prefectural office—were quiet and relaxing.
