"Excellent location, 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station! Room was clean and perfect for a 4 day stay in Tokyo! Staff were lovely and helpful too, will definately be staying here again! "

"This was a very quaint hotel, was pretty spacious for Tokyo. The staff were super helpful and welcoming. The location is also ideal with only being less than 5 minutes from the train. The connected family mart was a big pro as well. Some cons however were the beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and the dinner for the price was also not that great. Breakfast though was worth it, maybe once during your stay try it out! Overall, would highly recommend!"

"The hotel offers efficient service, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant in addition to being very well located by the Shinjuku Station and Airport Bus Limousine terminal. We could go anywhere in town from this location, leveraging the train and subway. "

"Cleaning staff went through personal items, management did not care when issue was raised with them Concierge does not help with bags nor help call taxi"
