"I love hotel j-mex. The worst part is to get down the stairs to the property if you have big luggage etc. everything else is perfect. This is a love hotel so you will see people using it for that purpose, and cigarette smell if that bothers you. If not, J-Mex is always my go to when I stay in Japan. The room is huge. The bathroom is the best. 100000/10 we love you j-mex see you next trip"

"Walking distance to Shinjuku train and bus station making going places easy. Direct route from hotel to airport via bus right outside the hotel lobby . Easy check in and Check out. "
"This property is great, located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku in a relatively quiet area that it actually feels pleasant to come back to after the mayhem that is Shinjuku and Shibuya. Nishi Shinjuku station is a 5 minute walk.
Rooms are somewhat on the smaller side though, upgrade if you can to the next tier of room.
Breakfast is decent, staff is super friendly and nice, very accommodating! Overall, can recommend this hotel."
"Lovely hotel with great amenities. Restaurant served excellent breakfast with lots of variety. The rooftop terrace has a pretty poor menu - we went once and vowed we would never return there. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Didn’t love the self check in but otherwise, had a lovely stay!"
