"Great stay but I have some complaints. staff was very nice.Check-in was absolute chaos and no one knew where to go. We had a premium room but checkin instructions did not tell us such, and we stood in the wrong line for 40 mins. We were supposed to check-in on the 32nd flood since we had a club room. Our room was very nice overall. View was amazing. However, the room was very dusty and there were dead bugs all over the windows and in the lights. The floor in the bathroom was heavily damaged. There was mold in the shower grout and some of the miniblinds were damaged. not really the experience I expected for $800 per night."

"I was expecting more of the hotel as I read a review where they were amazing. Most of the staff were really nice and helpful. We had an incident where one of the staff address my husband as if he was a homeless just because he was working at 2 am on the lobby making business calls. Maybe it was language barrier but he use the wrong word as it was obvious my husband was not homeless as he was well dress and working. Other than that it was really good, everyone else were really nice."

"Hotel position was amazing so close to public transport. The view from reception was great . The rooms are small but comfortable (ie one side of the bed is against the window) we would stay again."

"Room size was decent but carpet was noticeably worn out in areas. Breakfast was ok but selection does not change from day to day. Location is close to ginza with easy access to several train lines. Underground walkways useful for when it rains."
