โAlthough I initially understood "executive house zen' was distinct from "new otani", it turned out to be mere "club floor of new otani". Fitness/sauna was nice, but I had to take 10 minutes indoor walk to next building. Lounge food was disappointing, yet lounge liquor was OK. View was spectacular.โ
โWe, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible.
Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity!

โWe had a nice stay at this place. Staff very friendly and helpful. Responds to messages promptly. They let us check in 2 hrs early as long as no prior tenants on the check in day. Place is conveniently located to a train station, food places and shopping. โ

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.
Just wish the bed was a little softerโฆโ
