“Good location, friendly staff. Very clean, staff very helpful and efficient. Bathroom well set up and separate toilet. Would have been useful to have a hanging rail within the bath/shower room to make better use of the drying setting that exists within the room. Some good eating options close by, One room so a bit crowded for a family but for city a reasonable option. Only two bar stools (this is as per advertisement), but with no where else to sit a bit inconvenient. Large kitchen bench but...

“LOVED the amenities. It was hard to leave!! I booked this naively unknowing what a love hotel was, but I had such a great time. If you’re a solo traveler looking for some luxury, don’t count this place out”

“Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!”

“It was my 3rd time staying there. It is convenient, the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend.”

“Mattress was not comfortable. Everything else was just price level considered.”
