The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a wonderful couple of days here with family and friends. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The kids had a great time in the lazy river and the food everywhere was incredible. All the staff were very attentive and friendly.
I gave it a four star because I feel there needs to be a bit more for kids to do as there isn’t much. We had 11-13 yr olds and I feel if there’s a teen lounge, ping pong something extra it would be amazing!
