Our stay at Finest was truly a beautiful and unforgettable experience, mainly because of the amazing staff who went above and beyond to make me and my boys feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. From the moment we arrived, Roberto, who helped take our luggage to the room, made a wonderful first impression. He was kind, attentive, and showed genuine care for me and the boys. Maria, our waiter at Lizo, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel like family. Gerardo at Brass also provided excellent service and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Oscar at the spa was very professional and made me feel relaxed, respected, and truly valued. Diulka from the room service line always took my orders with kindness, patience, and love. Javier from the animation team was very thoughtful. He knew I was there with my boys and always tried to find something fun for me to do when they were at the court or enjoying activities on their own. Lelena and Anayendy at The Market Kitchen were very sweet and attentive. Jahaira, who encouraged me to use the spa, was also very kind and welcoming. I also want to recognize Yeny and Andry from Brass, and Elizabeth from Lizo, for their great service. Each of them helped make our vacation special. They were professional, friendly, caring, and truly deserve recognition for the excellent service they provided.

Staff was wonderful and so helpful! Food was average at the buffets, but we really enjoyed the Hibachi and Italian. Would not recommend upgrading to the “sky view” suite. Rooms are much smaller and we did not use the sky view at all - too hot during the days and too tired at night! Overall a great stay and great all inclusive.
