The South Kid friendly Vacations

We booked a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for our family of four. It was very spacious with a view of the pool and fireworks at night. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff at the hotel were so nice and attentive. We needed extra conditioner and it was delivered in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! The property is beautifully maintained. The golf course was beautiful. The putt putt course was fun! The gym was very nice. Plenty of treadmills, bikes, rowing machines, weights, etc. During check in we were asked to participate in a 2 timeshare presentation, but we declined it. Overall the hotel stay was great and we would definitely do it again.

The resort had lots to offer and was overall a nice stay. The villa needed a bit of repair and needed to be cleaned better in certain areas. Not enough toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to go to front office to get some more. The cost of the activities was a bit high (bingo for $5 a card) and there was an issue with the shuttle to Epcot. It was late both for pick up to get there and upon return we waited over 30 mins and eventually another shuttle driver took us to our resort but it wasn’t his run. The pool was great and having the small convenience store in the lobby was very handy.

The property was clean, excellent customer service, and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Property was good overall.

Room was clean; lots of space. Staff was very courteous.
