I want to mention the staff first. They were friendly, hospitable and so helpful. A special mention to the lady at reception who helped me with an issue on Ali pay. She went out of her way to help me. Thank you.
Now for the hotel, which was absolutely beautiful, in a convenient area. Close enough to the subway and about 15 minute walk to Tian’anmen square.
The hotel was spotless.
Breakfast plentiful, catering by for all tastes.
I would definitely come back to this hotel if I was lucky enough to return to Beijing.

We were on 16th floor with views over city. Stayed there for one week, staff extremely helpful, Rocco, Navigator assisted when going to visit Tiananmen Square, Jefferson sorting out problem with tour, maids cleaning rooms all very helpful. Large indoor pool although sauna not very hot. Rooms adequate. Variety of choice at breakfast with continental and Asian foods and beverages. Location 10 mins from Subway and Main shopping area at Wangfujing. Would recommend.

Hotel and its employees are amazing. Staff are always sweet,helpful, timely and friendly. Room is quiet. Swimming pool is clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. My mom and I had a great stay.
